New to Strength & Conditioning?
If you are already confident in the fundamental moves of CrossFit we are happy for you to start in our class programme straight away.
If you’re completely new to the movements, before you join our general classes we require that you have 3 x one on one sessions with one of our qualified coaches. You can do this on your own, with your partner or as part of a small group. The 3 sessions will teach you introduce you to all the movements and correct techniques you’ll need to safely start in our classes. The different movements are bodyweight exercises (squats, burpees, press ups), barbell (Olympic lifting - cleans/snatches) and gymnastics (pull-ups, toes to bar). If you have no idea what any of these are don’t worry, they will be explained thoroughly! If you know what they are but are worried you can’t do them, also don’t worry - we can scale any movement to suit all abilities and levels of fitness.
The cost of these sessions are:
3 x individual sessions = £70
3 x couple or pair sessions = £120
