CrossFit

Constantly varied high intensity exercises... which means a mixture of body weight, gymnastics, barbell and cardio vascular exercise. You will never do the same class twice, with progressions and regressions for every exercise of all ages and abilities from 5-80.

Barbell

To develop the Olympic Lifts. The class focuses on just one lift during the class, either The Snatch or Clean & Jerk, breaking down each movement into drills to progress your technique and efficiency for lifting.

Gymnastics

This will help you to improve your skills and strength for the gymnastic element in CrossFit. Focusing on toes to bar, pull ups , handstands and muscle ups. Each movement is broken down into drills and mini workshops to coach the correct body positions.
